After taking a break over Spring and Summer, I'm so excited to announce that I'm back and my Autumn Intention is to give back to my community and make personal development, coaching and meditation accessible to you all, and encourage you to try it.

To celebrate the relaunch of my 1:1 Services, including:

1:1 Coaching
1:1 Guided Meditation
1:1 Reiki Healing

You can enjoy a 60 minute session for just £39 throughout August, September and October.

Sessions will take place online, so you can be guided from the comfort of your own home or wherever you choose, wherever you are in the world.

Flexible early morning, evening and weekend appointments are available.*
