Contract and Terms and Conditions for The Mind Snug Meditation Space

By purchasing the product, you confirm that you agree to the following Contract, Terms and Conditions and Agreement, and are bound by them. This is between you, the customer or client and Intentional with Laura and The Mind Snug.
 

The Product

• The Mind Snug Meditation Space is a NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE Product that is available online, for as long as you are signed up and pay the monthly fee.

• Access to an Online Meditation Library created by Laura (hosted online)

• Access to helpful videos (hosted online)​

• Meditation Checklist - Available as a PDF Download

• Meditation Tracker - Available as a PDF Download

• Optional Facebook Group - The Mind Snug – which Laura will drop into weekly

• Access to any new content that Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura or The Mind Snug adds into The Mind Snug Meditation Membership
   

General

• The Mind Snug is a NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE product.

• The Mind Snug is a self-guided product in an online format.

• You acknowledge that you only have access to the product for as long as you are signed up and pay the monthly fee.

• It is entirely your choice and your responsibility to engage with and use the product.

• You agree to not record, share or redistribute any aspect of the product, the PDF resources, Meditation Recordings, Videos, Facebook Group, and any other material/content that becomes a part of The Mind Snug, and to use them for your personal/private use only.

• You agree not to share your personal log in or access to The Mind Snug with anybody else.

• The price of this product may change at any time, rising or falling, and should this be the case, you will be given 1 month’s notice.

Changes

• Unlimited changes can be made to The Mind Snug without notice. For example, meditations may be added, edited or removed at any time. Meditations inside The Mind Snug are subject to change at any time without notice.

• The name of the Meditation Space “The Mind Snug” and any branding may be subject to change or rebranding at any time, at Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura’s discretion.

• You accept that the name, cost, content, structure, format and platform of and for this product may change at any time and that you are not entitled to any money/discount/refund regardless of this.

• Should you wish to not use or receive this product any longer, it is your responsibility to unsubscribe via the website.

• This Contract and Agreement may be subject to change providing Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura and The Mind Snug gives the customer 24 hours written notice (via the email address you signed up with) in advance.
   

Cancellation

• If, in exceptional circumstances, Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura chooses to cancel and discontinue The Mind Snug , she will give you 1 month’s notice via the email address you signed up with and you agree to cancel the product, so you no longer pay for the product.

• If you want to cancel your access to The Mind Snug, you must do so on the website where you signed up (www.intentionalwithlaura.com). The product runs on a monthly basis and is charged on a monthly basis, and you will not be reimbursed for any access or loss of access regardless of when you unsubscribe. Future payments will not be taken once you have cancelled and honoured your monthly payment commitment.

Information, Advice and Guidance

• Information, Advice and Guidance is given in good faith and it is always your decision as to whether you accept this.

• It is entirely your decision to listen, take, feel or act upon the information, advice, guidance, meditations, resources, videos, and exercises associated with the product.

• Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura does not accept responsibility or liability for any of the decisions made by you or the consequences of such decisions. The responsibility remains with you, the client, indefinitely.

• You fully accept that The Mind Snug is a guide that Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura has created based on her own experiences of Meditation, training as a Meditation Teacher, and techniques that she has benefitted from. It is entirely your choice to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t, understanding that not all of the content may be right for you.

Limits of work

• Given the self-guided nature and online format of the product, you may not achieve what you perceive to be a complete or final result.

• You accept that your results are entirely your responsibility and that meditation is a personal practice.

• You accept that you may need to continue with your meditation practice and personal development, outside of the product, in your own time, without Laura’s support.

Health and Safety

• Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura does not accept any responsibility for the damage, injury or loss, to you, the customer, or any of your possessions, dependants or relationships, during or after your use of the product, or as a result of you engaging with any aspect of the product or Laura’s content, meditation recordings, videos, PDF downloads, resources and exercises or engagement on social media. Any actions that you take are your own responsibility.

• Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura is not a medical professional and it is your responsibility to consult with your doctor or medical professional before you undertake or engage in meditation, breathwork or any of the exercises within The Mind Snug. Anything you choose to do or engage in is entirely your responsibility.

External Service Providers and Platforms

• Laura Pearson has no control or responsibility over any external elements of the product, Service Providers and Platforms – including Wix, Stripe, Facebook and/or any other platform that becomes a part of the product. It is your choice to sign up and use to these platforms, if you choose to participate.

Personal Agreement

• You enter into this Agreement with the full understanding that you are solely responsible for creating your own results. You understand that achieving your goals (in whole or part) cannot be guaranteed and no warranties are given.

• You are aware that meditation and coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis or any other form of mental health care treatment or therapy, nor is it to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business or other qualified professionals.

• If appropriate, you will seek independent professional guidance in the areas mentioned. You understand that all decisions and actions in these areas are your sole responsibility.

• You understand that the Meditation Teacher and Coach (Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura) is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, medical professional, or other licensed or registered professional, and that any information and advice given is not to override or take the place of advice from professionals.

• You agree that you have chosen to work with the Meditation Teacher and Coach (Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura) via the online self-guided Mind Snug product having understood that the information received should not be seen as medical advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing other licensed professionals.

• You understand that the role of the Meditation Teacher and Coach (Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura) is to mentor and act as a supportive guide.

• You agree to be honest and open, to be committed to the progress of your goals, and to take responsibility for your life, choices and actions.

• You agree to behave in a polite, respectful and professional manner towards Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura. The client and Meditation Teacher/Coach relationship is a professional one that is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal goals.

• Should you choose to participate in the optional Meditation Membership Facebook Group (for as long as it exists or until it is closed), you agree to behave in a polite, respectful and professional manner towards everybody inside of it. You understand and agree to being removed if you are deemed to behave rudely, unreasonably, inappropriately or unsupportively.

Confidentiality

• In order to honour and protect Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura, all intellectual property, and confidentiality of information, you agree not to disclose or communicate information about Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura, or share materials, methods or resources (including every aspect of The Mind Snug: meditation recordings, videos, PDF downloads, and so on.) with any third parties.

• You agree to not record, distribute, or copy any content given by Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura or any other original content or aspect of The Mind Snug, or share it with third parties.

• Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura will not use or disclose the information you share with her, except as authorised by you or as required by law.

• You understand that Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura/The Mind Snug may anonymously share generalised information for training, consultation or marketing purposes. Your identity and any information that could lead to your identification will remain entirely confidential.

• If you choose to tag Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura or The Mind Snug (currently @intentionalwithlaura and @themindsnug) on social media, you give her/them permission to share, use and refer to this content indefinitely.

• If you choose to provide a written or recorded testimonial, you agree to Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura and The Mind Snug sharing this online, in print, and verbally, on webpages, social media, printed marketing materials, in magazines or written articles, books and so on.

Personal Responsibility Agreement and Liability

• Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura and The Mind Snug accepts no liability or responsibility of you choosing to feel mental, physical, energetic or emotional distress (or any other related or non-related ailment or condition) which you believe to be related either directly or indirectly to the product or engagement with Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura, The Mind Snug or any of their content.

• You will not hold Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura or The Mind Snug liable for any loss, injury or cost incurred by you (or any person related to you).

• You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own life, mental and emotional health, space and wellbeing, and the lives and wellbeing of your family/people you live with or dependants (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after using this product.

• You understand and assume the risks of the product, including the risks of trying new tools, practices, techniques, exercises, and the risks inherent in making lifestyle and mindset changes, along with the context of using meditation, meditative practices, breath work, visualisation and energy work.

• You release Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura and The Mind Snug from any and all liability, damages, allegations, causes of action, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which you ever had, now have or will have in the future against Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura and The Mind Snug, arising from your past or future participation in, or with respect to, the product and related content.

• Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura and The Mind Snug will have no liability to you, except from hosting the self-guided online Meditation product (once payment is received and only for as long as you continue to pay the monthly fee) as outlined at the beginning of this document.

• If, in exceptional circumstances, Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura or The Mind Snug chooses to cancel and discontinue the Meditation product, they will give you 1 month’s notice via the email address you signed up with and you agree to cancel the membership, so you no longer pay for the product.

• On cancellation, Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura and The Mind Snug releases all responsibility to provide this product, service or any associated resources.

• If you want to cancel your access to The Mind Snug, you must do so on the website where you signed up (www.intentionalwithlaura.com). The product runs on a monthly basis and is charged on a monthly basis, and you will not be reimbursed for any access or loss of access regardless of when you unsubscribe. Future payments will not be taken once you have cancelled and honoured your monthly commitment.

Force Majeure

• In no event shall Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura or The Mind Snug be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond their control, including, without limitation, to the disruption of technology and sites that host the product, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions. It is understood that Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura and The Mind Snug, as the case may be, shall use reasonable efforts to resume business as soon as practicable under the circumstances.

Communications

• All communications will be sent to you via the email address you signed up with. It is your responsibility to check your Junk Folder in case they go into there.

• You can choose to opt out of communications by clicking unsubscribe on the email, however you will still receive information related to the product you have purchased.

Payment

• Charges are payable on purchase/sign up.

• By making payment, you confirm that you accept this Contract, Agreement and Terms and Conditions and are bound by them.

• The price of The Mind Snug is subject to change, either by increase or decrease. You will be given 1 month’s notice, should any changes be made.
   

Termination of Contract and Agreement

• Laura Pearson/Intentional with Laura and The Mind Snug have the right to terminate the Contract and not deliver the product, should you break the Contract, Agreement or its Terms and Conditions. In this instance, you will not be refunded.
